Very tasty and ample breakfast. Conveniently located near a 7/11, just a short walk away. Nice poolside view, although some construction was ongoing. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, spacious rooms. Complimentary water and late check-in options available. Good shower and excellent air-conditioning. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Modern facilities and upgraded toilets. Enjoyed the cable TV with English movie channel. Great price.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it great for a peaceful stay. The staff's English proficiency could be improved, which at times made communication difficult.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, almost a boutique hotel for a very reasonable price. The rooms are large, king size bed, big bathroom, everything is perfect. Breakfast is very nice compared to many other more expensive hotels

Intenet was free but really slow

it was hard for taxi drivers to find, they got us in the right area but the hotel is down a quiet road, the internet was free but mind numbingly slow

Great AC, beds, and pool. Rocky, the manager, was amazing. He was kind and spoke many languages. Set in a quiet street, walking distance to shops and eateries, Sky train, and Burmese Embassy.

the hotel is very good value and has good city link access, the staff is very friendly and a lot of fun, the rooms are cleaned with genuine commitment. The rooftop pool is not large, but clean and water balance is right, with great views and very relaxing. The hotel is in quiet lane and has good access to all what travelers need. The hotel offers tuck-tuck to sky rail or other destinations in the area.

The hotel staff service level is excellent

The hotel faces the cemetery if you happen to stay in room 707. No follow up on the extra bed upon confirmation from the hotel. The extra bed only provided on my second night stay and its in poor condition.

Good enough service and quality of the rooms when taking the price into account. I recommend for people needing a room in Bangkok for a short while when you will be using the room mostly for just over night and going about your business in Bangkok otherwise.

The location of the hotel is very difficult to find and many taxi drivers did not know where it was (a small long street to a back allay leads to the hotel). The hotel however has a free service to take you with their own tuk-tuk to the nearest skytrain station, so getting away from the hotel was never a problem.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The location in the business center of the area is convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are exactly as described, and the view from the room adds an extra touch. Additionally, the vegetarian-friendly breakfast is a nice inclusion.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Lovely staff! All are very kind and very helpful and they speak pretty good English compared to other Thai people. They have a free shuttle to the skytrainstation. The hotel just opened in August and not everything is finished yet, but still a very convenient place to stay. Tip: go to the Sirrocco Skybar, only a 10 minute/50 baht taxi-ride from the hotel! Amazing view!

Nothing really, just that everything was not running perfectly yet but they just opened so give them some time and this hotel will be the perfect place to stay!

It's a new hotel of the Heritage branch. It's clean and every room has a good bathroom.

There is no any swimming pool yet, they do not offer you slippers or gown (as they say) and breakfast is not Buffet. Rooms are small, aircon is loud. Only 2 +men from the reception speak English.There is one guy at the reception who thinks he speaks English and it's a problem because you won't explane and won't understand anything. We waited for a taxi that they ordered for us and it didn't come and we were late for the bus. They are not memories that I would like to have about Bangkok. I won't stay there once more. I'd better go to their other hotel hearby and have a big room for less money.
